Return Policy
1. All item are subject to 30 days*** money back guarantee, less shipping and handeling. (***NOTE: If customer paid with the credit card and cancel the order and customer will charge with 5% for credit card processing fee)
2. All retured prducts must be sent back in original package and conditions, if merchandise is not returned complete, there will be a 20% restock fee.
3. All retured prducts must be in its original conditions, if any product damaged, you will be response for the repair charge and 20% restock fee.
4. Items returned from 30 to 45 days are subject to 35% restock fee.
5. Anything over 45 days in not returnable. (note: service is available)

Limited Warranty
KCK International, Inc/www.vending-usa.com., or its assignees warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year or 90 days for recondition products from the date of original purchase. The original consumer/purchaser must have the product to a KCK International, Inc/www.vending-usa.com., authorized service center within said one year period and if the product is effective as aforesaid, KCK International, Inc/www.vending-usa.com., or its assignees shall at their option repair of replace such product. All shipping charges shall be borne by the purchaser.

This warranty shall constitute the sole liability of KCK International, Inc/www.vending-usa.com., concerning the product. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties whether written, oral or implied except that any implied warranties remain in effect during the aforementioned one year period. Including without limitation warranty for merchantability in other respects than as expressly set forth above, and warranty of fitness or particular purpose. KCK International, Inc/www.vending-usa.com., will bear no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages of charges of any kind. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty shall be effective as of the purchase date as listed on your sales invoice. Upon repair if copy of original receipt or invoice is not submitted and a fee will be applied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
